The purpose of the Uplands Neighborhood Association is to provide a forum for the membership to discuss the following matters of common concern and to represent the views of members before public bodies:

Membership includes persons residing or owning property within the neighborhood association boundaries, who are eighteen years of age or older and a representative of each nonprofit organization or public school. All members are welcome to attend Board Meetings and General Membership Meetings.
